Pop open the hood. Make sure all the connections and wires are hooked up properly and aren't damaged in some capacity. If that's not the source of the problem, check the bulb itself for any damage or interference. Still not getting the light to turn on? Check the vehicle's fuses, and make sure they haven't been blown. Remember, a 30mA fuse is required for use with HID components. If the fuses too are in working condition, your last check should be on the igniter and ballast. For situations in which none of these components are the issue, there could be a more severe problem with your car's electrical setup that goes beyond the HID system itself. Test other components on your car to see if only the HIDs are affected, and get your car checked out at the shop, if necessary.
