Again, check the bulbs and the ballast, and make sure everything's been secured properly and connected to the right parts. If your there is an issue with the HIDs receiving adequate voltage, you may need to make some adjustments to your vehicle's voltage output (20 amps is a minimum requirement). Regardless of whether this problem occurs just after installation or later, if you can't find the problem from the checks mentioned above, turn off the headlights and take apart all connections. Using a proper cleaning solution, you need to clean each of the connectors. Reset the HID safety chip, and then wait 5 or so minutes before reconnecting everything. Generally, this problem is a loose connection issue, but blown fuses and harness problems can sometimes also cause the headlights to flicker.
